Before contacting DontClickYet
If you already sent money, shared a password, entered payment details, or gave someone remote access, contact the real bank, payment app, platform, card issuer, exchange, or service provider first. Time matters in account security and payment disputes.
What to send
For a guide suggestion, send the general scam pattern, platform, wording style, and what action the message requested. Remove private personal information before submitting anything. A safe example is “fake delivery fee text with a short link,” not a full screenshot containing your address or account details.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, bank logins, card numbers, full identity documents, private keys, seed phrases, personal addresses, or sensitive screenshots. DontClickYet does not need private information to improve educational guides.
Scope
DontClickYet can review content suggestions and improve educational pages, but it does not investigate private people, recover funds, provide legal advice, or contact platforms on your behalf.
Correction and improvement requests
If a page needs clearer wording, a safer instruction, a better official reporting link, or a new related guide, the best feedback is specific and non-sensitive. Mention the guide title, the platform involved, and the general wording pattern. Avoid sending private screenshots unless all personal details are removed.
DontClickYet is built to improve over time. Scam patterns change quickly, especially around payment apps, fake support pages, marketplace messages, AI voice impersonation, and business notices. Helpful feedback makes the guide database stronger without putting private information at risk.
